A Photo Post – Boating on Khlong Khao Daeng

On a trip to the Prachuap Khiri Khan area we went on a boat trip on Khlong Khao Daeng in the Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park, which means something like the three hundred hilltops. Here we drove through large flat areas with shrimp farms and rice paddies before the majestic limestone cliffs, that Southern Thailand is so famous for, suddenly shots up from the green ricefields. But our favorite part of the day was a cruise on a traditional Thai boat around the small canals with stunning views of the beautiful cliffs.
