We hadn’t originally planned to venture into Serbia, but couldn’t resist a peak, at what might be the most misunderstood country in Europe. Serbians are friendly, welcoming and doesn’t all condole the methods of their former leader. We only visited a small corner of this country, but felt right at home, because of the friendliness and smiles – the Zlatibor region was naturally beautiful and the many old wooden houses, monasteries and churches gave it a feel of times gone by. The lack of foreign tourists were an added bonus!
